Do you have a pick-up service?We offer free shuttle service to and from the Yudanaka Station, on the Nagano Electric Railway. If you would like to use this service, please contact us in advance. The shuttle service available hours are the following: 15:00 to 17:00 and also 9:30–10:30.

What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you plan to check in after 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance. If no prior notice is given and you check in after 6:30 PM, it may be considered a cancellation of your reservation.

Is it possible to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out?Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk. (Please keep cash and valuable items with you.)

What is the cancellation policy for reservations, and are there any cancellation fees?Should you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
Same day: 100% of the reservation fee
Day before: 80% of the reservation fee
5 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee
7 days prior: 30% of the reservation fee
(Winter Season: December to February)
60 days prior: 100% of the reservation fee
90 days prior: 20% of the reservation fee
Please note that the following cancellation policy applies to reservations at our facility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Furthermore, if meal cancellations occur during your reserved stay, cancellation fees equal to the accommodation charges will apply.
In the case of special events or peak seasons (e.g., Winter Season from December to February, holidays, holiday seasons), different cancellation fees may apply compared to the standard cancellation policy. Is 24-hour access available?You can enter and exit your accommodation 24 hours a day. However, please note that our Restaurant-HOTARUTEI, has specific operating hours, which you can check on our website.

Are the beverages in the room free of charge?Beverages (water, beer, apple juice, coffee) in the room's minibar are complimentary. One bottle per person per night is provided free of charge. Additional bottles are subject to an extra charge.
